Q.     Do you charge for freight ?
A.    Yes we charge
       $10.00 total, on all lock orders - regardless of size
     Track over 8' must be shipped by freight and will be at a higher rate
  
Q.    How do you ship your packages?
A.    Packages are shipped using UPS or USPS.  Next Day and Second Day services are available. 

Q.    Do you ship to Canada?
A.    yes, we can ship to Canada, Please call for a freight Quote. 
       Customers are responsible for all Taxes and Duty charges. UPS charges an approx. . $35 charge to handle Customs paperwork
       this will be added to the charges that UPS collects upon delivery for duty.

Q.    Do you charge sales tax?
A.    Sales tax must be collected on shipments to California only.

Q.    I want to Prepare my Jobsite before I have the parts, can you help?
A.   All dimensions on the site are approx, please call to verify any critical measurements
We recommend to never Prepare a site without having the parts and take no responsibility if you do.

Q.    How long will it take for me to get my order?
A.    Refer to our Transit time chart for UPS transit times. This is in addition to our processing time of 
        up to 48 hours.

Q.    I am looking for a Baldwin item I don't see it on your site. Can you help?
A.    We supply the complete Baldwin line call us toll free (888) 915-5223 and we will 
       gladly quote price and lead time.

Q.    Do you stock all of the Baldwin items?  What is the lead time?
A.    We have a large inventory of Baldwin hardware and most items ship same day?

Q.    What if there is a problem with my shipment?
A.    After you receive your order if you have any questions call us toll free at (888) 915-5223 
        so we can assist you. All Shortages MUST be reported within 14 days.

Q.    Can you key the locks alike for us?
A.    Yes, we can key the locks before they leave the store for a $8.00 keying charge per cylinder.

Q.    Can I return an item?
A.    Yes, you can return an item in perfect condition with all original packaging. Please call first for RGA# 
       ( all returns are subject to restocking fee of 25%. ).
      Returns over 45 days are subject to a 50% restocking charge 
      Returns over 90 days will not be accepted.
       Defective items will be exchanged at no charge for 90 days.
       Our Return policy helps to guarantee Highest Quality product for sale at the Lowest Possible prices

Protecting the return is the responsibility of the shipper. Regardless of error. Please wrap all items to protect from damage.
Items received damaged will be returned and no credit will be issued

Unacceptable Return - items have banged together and scratched all items

Q.    Do you have a catalog?
A.    Our website is our catalog, we are constantly expanding to add new items and images.
    

Q.    I have Baldwin Hardware on my house and it is tarnishing, what do I do?
A.    The Baldwin lifetime finish has only been around for a couple of years.
        If your product is tarnishing it is not the "lifetime finish" and had a 
        lacquer coating (the best protection available at that time ).
        Your two options are:
        A. Because your product is solid brass it can be polished to restore it.
        B. Buy new trim only in the lifetime finish and never worry about it again.

Q.   How long have you been in business?
A.   We have been selling hardware for over 40 years, A Baldwin dealer for over 20 years, and we
       have been selling on the web for 5 years.

Q.    What methods of payment do you accept?
A.   We accept all major credit cards (VISA,MC,DISCOVER,and AMEX) our preferred card is Visa,
we will also accept check  payments.
